The desk staff!! The desk staff is THE best part of this property!! From the phone call before I booked, to check in to check out! The property was nice but a little confusing with the renovation but really didn’t affect our stay.

The front desk staff and dining room staff were very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Location was good since we drove to the VA Beach Training Center everyday and it was within 15 minutes drive. Also, close to restaurants and other shops. Room was clean, spacious, and just right for our needs.

Barry was so helpful on both nightsthat he was there. When we had no hot water in my handicapped room he found us another one right next door that did have hot water and helped us move onto the room. Well above what he needed to do.

Beside the construction in the lobby the hotel was cleaned and calm. Ms Queen was super nice

Room was roomy, bed was way too small for two to sleep in. If you like to sleep on "top of each other" is ok, I guess. Room was very clean. Pool not so much. Wish there were vending machines on site. Staff was outstanding. The twin brothers that work at reception are fantastic! But overall all staff was very friendly, polite and helpful.
